2010. Raw Love has a focus on genuine sustainability, that is we use
organic, non-GMO, locally grown or locally sourced produce in everything
we make. Ingedients we cannot purchase through local farms (avocados,
vanilla, chocolate etc.) we buy from local wholesalers. We also compost
all of our food waste and are exploring human powered appliances for
alternative energy. Our plan for the future is to remain in the
Willamette Valley and to eventually use only locally grown, organic
products in our menu. |
